Control system for opening and closing water gates

Today our team tested using Codesys EPOWER PAC MC600 (1.2GHz Dual core) to program and control delta robot (3 Ethercat servo+1 Ethercat Stepping) using tracking conveyor command with machine vision. This MC600 can do 16 Axis Groups simultaneously or can control 4 delta robots simultaneously at the same time by using CPU core separation technique to process only Ethercat bus. Can display results with Codesys webvisu which is used as 15 inch IPC window10 license.

We developed a Platform (E-power IoT Platform) to be used with Haiwell Smart Link (HMI haiwell, C-Box, A8, Xbox, E-box), which is a Haiwell touch screen, Haiwell Cloud box for sending various notifications via Line. This Platform (E-power IoT Platform) was created to make sending notifications via Line easier, without the need to write complicated programs, without the need to buy additional equipment, and it is free to use, with no monthly service fee.

Since PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems are widely used in the industry today, Haiwell's PLC system stands out for its ease of programming and using. It can connect to various sensors in the wastewater treatment system such as DO, PH/TDS, Chlorine, Turbidity, Flow and Level sensors easily and without complications. It communicates via Modbus RS485, 4-20 mA, 0-10V. It can choose to connect an additional Expansion card. In addition, if the system has a problem or exceeds the specified value, it can send a Line Notification alert. It can also remotely fix the system or program. Furthermore, the control and storage of Data logger values ​​can retrieve various data to create a Report via the Haiwell Cloud system, saving time from having to record values ​​and obtaining accurate values ​​to create environmental reports.
