The IoT PLC A8 series is a compact Internet of Things PLC launched by Haiwell Thailand to offer high-cost performance. This products A8 integrated integrated PLC, HMI, IoT gateway, multi-purpose RTU, DTU data transmission functionality in one unit, without the need for external IoT module. The PLC and BOX integration design requires minimal installation space, freeing up space in the control cabinet, greatly simplifying wiring, and reducing operation and maintenance costs. One device can work remotely, and the PLC maintenance is easy. Data collection, calculation and analysis of Edge Computing are easy, so that engineers can save time in work, and can work anywhere without worry.
A8 supports all the functions of PLC and HMI, while 15 A series PLC modules can be expanded through Haiwell Happy PLC programming software and Haiwell Cloud SCADA for programming management. It can be connected to Haiwell Internet of Things (IoT) cloud platform via WiFi/4G/Ethernet, and connected to Alibaba Cloud, Amazon Cloud and other mainstream IoT platforms via MQTT protocol, so as to make full use of the IoT capabilities of the equipment, and help enterprises realize the leap from traditional factory data to remote cloud data. More efficient equipment monitoring and management, and scheduling of production resources will greatly improve the operational efficiency of industrial applications, marking an important step towards intelligent manufacturing.
