Equipment used with Loadcell Indicator (EP3101-K) to create an IoT system

Loadcell usage for general types of work may require different number of Loadcells. When only one load cell is used, it can be connected to the Indicator. However, for some types of work that require 3-6 or more Loadcells, the method may be to tie the cables together and then enter the Indicator screen. If we have a device called a Summing Box or Junction Box, it will make our work more convenient and easier.

Summing Box, or Junction Box, is a device that combines the signal cables of load cells, It can combine the input signal from 4-8 load cells, depending on the model and size. It has a single output that sends a signal to the Indicator reader to recognize the value and display the result. The Summing Box simplifies working and checking the equipment easier if the Loadcell is damaged.

Indicator EP3101-K can connect to other devices, such as a SCOREBOARD DISPLAY, PLC, HMI, etc., using the RS232/485 communication port to use the displayed weight value. Additionally, it can display weight values on mobile devices or computers via an IoT system by connecting to the HMI B7H-W (Haiwell) through the Haiwell Cloud system.
